I’m seeing Dr. Frank for a tooth inplant after he did my extraction and bone graft; done under sedation; no pain during surgery, had to only take strength pain reliever for a day or two after. He explains everything well; he & staff are very friendly & knowledgable. My dentist recommended Dr. Frank and I would too.
My family, and I especially, have had many visits and surgeries for extractions and implants over the past 6 years and have had absolutely NO PROBLEMS with them in any way. The staff is always top notch in genuine friendliness, competence and service, and Dr. Frank is the best go-to dentist for anything to do with extractions and implants. The staff is friendly and professional! Dr. Frank is an excellent surgeon! He made the procedure seamless. The only thing uncomfortable in this process is the blood drawn. That said a lot in many words. I highly recommend Dr. Frank if you need oral surgery. Thank you, Northshore Smile!
Staff and doctor was nice. I waited for twenty minutes before I was seen and they removed two of my wisdom teeth in under an hour.

It was a complicated surgery case for a young teenager and Dr Frank and his staff were amazing from the beginning to the end. Knowledgeable, accommodating, caring. They answered every question we had, squeezed us in for a follow up appointment to eliminate any fairs we had. The billing process was clear and explained up front. Great experience besides the fact that it was a scary and painful procedure.
Wonderful Staff. Prompt efficient service and procedure. Explained everything thoroughly so I felt confident in what was being done. They got me in (and out of pain) right away.
