When I made my appointment with Dr. Frank. I didn't know what to expect. I found his staff to be warm and friendly, yet professional. Dr Frank answered all questions openly and honestly. He had a ready smile, no pressure on making a decision. My only complaint would be how long I had to wait, it was over 2 hours. The cost is mind numbing,but not unexpected. I do think the end result will make me feel better about myself.
