We have stayed here before, but this is the first time the room was in pretty rundown condition. The carpeting was ripped and worn out, we had a casino side room, and the shade did completely black out the lights from it.

Stay Check in was very easy but had to leave early the next morning and the person at desk wasnt much help handed over room keys and she said i was good didnt receive bill but they got my credit card info. Just not up to date on this procedure. Other than that stay was good.

Brent the Supervisor This hotel is not in a good area. The customer service was excellent. We truly can't say enough about Brent.

The hotel was good for what we needed it for. All the staff were very nice. The carpet and shower in our room could be updated, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
