View of the Big Muddy in all its glory Friendly staff, clean room. Was worried a bit about safety, given the reputation of East St. Louis, but it was never an issue. Enjoyed the unglamorous view of the city from across the river.

Its unfortunate that there were absolutely no dining options on the property. Otherwise. Our room was comfortable and clean. It would have been helpful to havevmore than one small bar of soap so we didnt have to keep moving it between the shower and the sink.

Would Recommend Although they did not quite have our room ready by check-in time, it wasn't long after that it was ready for us, and they were very up front about it. The room was pretty clean but you could tell they were in a hurry. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. much, much better than staying downtown in my opinion.

Great Stay at Casino Queen Hotel Casino Queen hotel rooms were clean & beds were very comfortable. Reservation desk had friendly staff. All their restaurants are not open yet, they have a deli & chips open. But other ones are coming soon! I give them a thumbs up!

Need maintance or upgrades We had the room her view but the outside windows were dirty from truckers hauling corn. The room had a dirty smell. The table and lamp were broken. There was no water for 4 hours after we got there. Bed was comfortable but sheets smelled. Had a huge vanity in bathroom and was convenient for what we were staying for.

This is a casino hotel however it is not attached to the casino you have to walk a short ways. This did not bother us as we were not here for the casino :-) the hotel lobby is very nice modern and clean. The rooms are a little dated and the beds were not the best, but overall happy with our stay. No breakfast option only coffee. Free parking in the casino lot.
