Weekend trip to St. Louis Everything was good. Room was large, clean, quiet. Being at one of the Metro-Link boarding stations really was a huge help getting around St. Louis.

Old, outdated rooms One night stay was just ok. Rooms at the hotel are very old & dated. Carpet had multiple stains & not pleasant to walk on in bare feet. Was upgraded at check-in to an Arch & river view which was nice but the windows were so dirty that it took away from the view (would have been very disappointed had I paid the extra $30-40 for it)

Staff was not very courteous and seemed like I was a bother to them to check in and out. No cleaning service so everything had to go through the service desk.
