Nice large, clean room. Wish there was a little free continental breakfast but there are vending machines to get food. Rooms are very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at the hotel was great the manager Brett was amazing. For giving us the history of St. Louis and showing us how to get us across the bridge. Will definitely stay there again two thumbs up 👍

Before arriving at the property, the area around it was a bit scary and seemed unsafe. When I made it to the property, the scenery changed and eased my mind. I liked that the hotel’s entrance is totally separate from the casino’s entrance. On the parking lot security cars drive around it seems like every 10 minutes, giving us a safer feeling. We checked in around 5 and went up to our room on the 5th floor. You have to use your room key to make the elevator move. Getting off the elevator wasn’t pleasant; it had an odor in the... read more

Biggest complaint was no usb ports on the alarm clock, lamps, or anywhere in the room. Otherwise a pretty good deal for a Tuesday night.

First the good The staff was really nice, very friendly and inviting, made my wife and I feel comfortable. The room layouts was simple but spacious. What could be better Side of tub and floor not clean, tears in shades. I paid extra for a river view, but could not see the river from my 2nd floor room. Hotel was full so could not be moved, but that floor should included in the high price. If the description had said Arch view, that would have been correct, because I could see the Arch.
