RecommendedI recently went on vacation to California and we went snorkeling. My phone case that was underwater messed up and my phone was water damage. Completely ruined. Would not turn on. RecommendedPRO: Excellent customer service and met each deadlines they set. I primiliarly wanted recovery of videos stored of my now 6 year old son. All data, pictures and videos were thankfully recovered. CON: $$$ Pricey.
