Drive Savers has the best customer service I have ever seen! Daily emails stating the status of my order followed up with weekly calls. ( i had a drive that was a real problem) When my hard drive arrived by federal express, the instructions were were great! I was able to access my files. I highly recommend Drive Savers.

Excellent communication, professionalism, and services provided through the entire data recovery experience. I have used Drive Savers twice--once after an external hard drive failure, once after a desktop hard drive failure. The team at Drive Savers did their best to rescue digital reminders of precious memories. I can't thank them enough.

I immediately panicked when I was told that I lost all of my data on my external hard drive. I reached out to a local company, and they recommended DriveSavers to me. I received EXCELLENT customer service and ALL of my data was recovered. I would recommend DriveSavers to anyone!!

We took a drive to a different place and they couldn't get it back. It cost quite a lot. Sent it to these guys and well, they didn't get the data back either but the customer service was great. They paid for shipping both ways and didn't charge a thing. I think we'll be using these guys more often.

Drive Savers is amazing! My external hard drive fell and I had to send it to Drive Savers. They took their time and did everything they could to get as much data off of it as they could and for that I am so grateful! It wasn't a full recovery, but they worked their butts off to do as much as they could since my hard drive was in bad shape. Thank you again drive savers.
