Get directionsOn advice I contacted DriveSavers for SIM card recovery. DriveSavers is a very professional organization, when correspondence is promised, it's delivered. I'm a scrapbooker and pictures are my 'thing.' The thought of losing a years' worth had me feeling lost. I will, however, caution you that this top-notch service does not come without a cost. DriveSavers was awesome! Great communication via email & phone. My hard drive had major issues so it took longer than expected for them to do recovery, but they didn’t give up & I will have the majority of my info back on the external hard drive today via FedEx. Expensive but worth it!

They were very courteous with me. My external hard drive crashed when my laptop crashed. Although the hard drive was non-repairable, they were still very friendly with me.
