Four Stars I works well, but is rather slow about loading scanned items.
I now love it. I actually find it easier to use ... Being a former NEAT Scanner user it took a little getting used to, maybe my fault because i could have studied the directions closer. I now love it. I actually find it easier to use than my NEAT scanner. I am glad I purchased it.
So far so good So far so good. Easy set up. Paper Port program is easy to use. Not sure about the Button program it comes with and why I would use it over Paper Port. Scan quality is good. Small footprint and USB power source is nice. Overall a handy gadget to have.

Good device Very compact. I have had it for a few weeks, scanned well over a hundred documents, works very well (I use it to scan and file copies of mail, bills, credit card statements...). I am not so thrilled with the driver program, the window that opens up when you want to save the scan in a new/different location is very small, so choosing the new location requires a lot of scrolling. Having said that, assuming that the device continues to work properly: Would I recommend it to a friend? - most definitely.
