BR-Receipts is NOT included I purchased this scanner to scan receipts to csv format. If you want BR-Receipts it will cost you an additional $10
Works great on older versions of Mac OS The scanner and the software provided by Brother work really well on the Mac up to MacOS 10.14.x. But will not work at all with the new os10.15 (64-bit only). I believe this is not the fault of Brother. There exists a workaround using Apple’s Image Capture app with a patch for this scanner that works, but lacks the elegance of the original Brother app. Because of that, I removed one star. Otherwise a great scanner!!
Not compatible with the newer version on my macbook pro I updated my macbook pro and the new driver for it has not helped to make it work with my laptop.
Great little scanner so far I have not had it long and only have used a handful of times, but so far so good. Scans of photos and documents have been good. The project I purchased for...scanning old photos, I have not gotten way into, but on the start we are doing well.
Helping with my childrens book This scanner was so easy to use. (Once I read the instructions) haha. The images I needed to scan were on point with color and size.
Good for the Money A little tricky to get a full sized page to feed straight...takes some practice. Other than that, a good scanner for the price.
Good portable scanner Good portable scanner. At first I was having trouble because the papers I was trying to scan would show up black with weird white marks, and I was confused because the configuration page was turning out perfect. Great Got this to scan documents in my semi. Have used it for bills, receipts, and pictures. Does a great job and have used it for hundreds of pieces of paper so far.
