These handle serious abuse and still provide great quality scans! I have 4 of these in my office that we've used extensively for the last few years. I work in East Africa and often carry these when working in the field, scanning around 50-100 sheets per week. I'm amazed by what this little scanner can handle. We don't even use the carrier sheets unless a paper is an odd-size or wrinkled. My only recommendation is in case of heavy use, purchase additional carrier sheets since this only comes with one. Perfect when you have space constraints Love this little scanner. I use it for receipts and documents for my business. It scans quickly, quietly, and only needs the one single cord to run. This stores super easily in my laptop case. The fact that it comes with the clear "rider" or whatever you would call it, allows me to arrange multiple items next to each other and send them all through the scanner at once, rather than try and cut/paste on the computer. Scanner Very handy device.
Easy to use and compact to carry The scanner works quite well with the provided software. There's multiple scanning modes. My only complaint is that there is no mode like that on flatbed scanners where the page size is automatically detected by the scanner. Also, the longest paper size it can scan is just about 2 pages long. Being a feeder scanner, it would have been nice if it could scan longer pages, especially the long bills printed out at stores.
This is the best portable scanner. I wish I had purchased this scanner years ago. Great quality scans, and is fast and easy. I take it with me when I travel.
