Works well - Setup a bit confusing Initially I thought the product stopped working as I could not figure out how to find the scanned files. Eventually I realized that a folder had been created on my computer and located the scanned documents. Also the adapter cord didn’t seem to be connecting well with the scanner but when I replaced it, it worked fine. Once I worked these hiccups out the scanner worked great. Great scanner! Works great for copying to PDFs! Haven't used it much for photos.

Compact, quick, easy to use Had lot of paper documents, which I wanted to digitize. This scanner was very easy to use and quick in scanning. Software it comes with are pretty good.
Package missing cable Just opened the package to set it up and there was not a usb cable in the package??
fantastic product I bought outside of Amazon, but I've been using it for over 5 years with no issues.
