Dustin received this file 3 weeks into a transaction but the buyer was not even at the point of attaining a pre-approval. The team worked day and night to get the buyer pre-approved, moving all the parts through as they came so we were not waiting for any condition to be met, by the time the buyer was approved all the conditions basically had been met and we were able to close a few days later. Dustin was wonderful to work with. He was great at explaining the process of home buying and presenting and talking us through all of the different options. He was realistic with what we could expect now and in the future with suing a VA loan. He was able to reached by phone or text easily and worked around our schedule often.
