Dustin was great at communicating with me and advising me of how long it would all take during the process. He made it very easy. I also loved that the final paperwork came right to my house and I didn't have to go anywhere to sign closing docs. The only thing I didn't like was that even though they wired me the funds, they still paid to overnight the payoff check for the car to my house instead of overnight it directly to the finance company or just including it in my wired deposit so I could make the final online payment t... read more
