I really couldn't imagine not having a warranty like this. the customer service is awesome and Very thorough, explanation of service, billing, Appointment dates etc. their onsite service people have good communication also regarding on what's going to be done or about to. RecommendedWe realized last Thursday night no hot water. Called the home warranty at 8pm and by 8am the next morning the tech was here and fixed it. Then this morning we realized again no hot water. Called at 8am when they opened and the tech was at my house by noon with a whole new water heater. Great customer service and made this whole process quick and easy.
