Stay away from this company- They like your money but don’t like to make repairs. I have paid $3000 since 2014 for coverage on a property in Las Vegas. I made 1 claim to replace a Hot Water Heater- Denied When I called and talked to customer service they were very rude. I talked with the supervisor who was also rude. Stay away from this company
Horrible customer experience! My AC unit went out. I discovered it when I came back from vacation on 7/4. Call their 24 hrs. So called 24hr service line, emergency line. Informed a technician would be in contact. No one ever called me. Called the next morning when the office opened filed the claim on 7/5. Here we are 8 days later and my AC Unit issue has still not been resolved. they gave me the run around. I had to constantly call them as they never call back when they say they will.
