I had initial concerns about engaging a loan agent for my home refi who wasn’t local, close to my Northern California home, where I could easily drop off documentation, but based in Southern California, as Daniel Iskander at EMortgage is. Well, thanks to the convenience of a printer that quickly scans & sends documents, & the speed & convenience of Fed Ex, transmitting documentation did not end up being a problem. Daniel, & Linzey Ostrow, his teammate & loan processor, were great to work with.
