The title agent he chose did not seem as knowledgeable as I assumed, with Nevada county requirements for recording language. After I signed docs, the recording doc had cross outs. Not good.

I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and refinance with them again (but don’t think I can get much lower a rate than what I just got)!
