There was great communication in the beginning, however not much communication as the process continued and I was left wondering what was happening a few times. We ended closing later than I expected and at one point called multiple times in one day to get updates. In the end everything worked out though. I got the rate I wanted and we were done!

My experience with Eric and Kara was very good. It went very quickly except for things they had no control over. The new borrower rules put into effect because of Covid impacted me because I am self employed. It made the process take longer, but I felt as though Eric and Kara were there for me. Eric said that the loan would close and he was right.
