Professional, fast, knowledgeable
The title agent he chose did not seem as knowledgeable as I assumed, with Nevada county requirements for recording language. After I signed docs, the recording doc had cross outs. Not good.
Nancy, Yasamin, and Shelby’s communication was excellent. They answered all our questions quickly and clearly. This was by far the the quickest and easiest mortgage refinance I’ve ever done! I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and refinance with them again (but don’t think I can get much lower a rate than what I just got)!
