The title agent he chose did not seem as knowledgeable as I assumed, with Nevada county requirements for recording language. After I signed docs, the recording doc had cross outs. Not good.

Thanks a heap to Jeong. We signed the closing documents on Tuesday and I can't believe how everything fell into places when he stepped in. Jeong Park was so helpful and knowledgeable of the process. This process is nothing less than a miracle, a miracle I witnessed throughout the process. My situation is kind of weird because it took quite a while to track my employment history, different places that I've lived in, and any agent would give up before getting to the truth, but Jeong did it!
