What made it great is the fact that Michael is always willing to go above and beyond, answering phone calls late at Night, early in the morning, and his ability to inform me with any updates or issues as soon as possibleIs something that made my experience that great. just 2 little issues, after ALL documents were submitted by me they requested 1more document. and the other issue was if my check was to be wired or the notary was to receive when final papers were signed. we signed papers in the evening therefor no one was available regarding my concerns about where the check should go. However, Eric made sure i was notified first thing in the morning about the check issue.
