Chayson was friendly, got to the point, was willing to give straight forward answers, and the transaction went smooth. The offering he presented was clear and beat out the competitive other offering. We started the process in August and didn't complete until late November. I had multiple people contacting me about the same issues at the same time and it lead to confusion. I provided timely responses to every inquiry and also provided regular follow-up and yet it still took 3 months to complete the process.
