Nancy was great to work with and made it really easy to refinance along with a speedy closing.
My Aunt referred us to Chayson. She had very positive experiences working with him. We were already heading to closing with another lender and didn't like some of the terms they had or the fees being collected. I got a second quote from Chayson. Chayson was friendly, got to the point, was willing to give straight forward answers, and the transaction went smooth. The offering he presented was clear and beat out the competitive other offering. I recommend Chayson and his team.
We started the process in August and didn't complete until late November. I had multiple people contacting me about the same issues at the same time and it lead to confusion. I provided timely responses to every inquiry and also provided regular follow-up and yet it still took 3 months to complete the process.
Norma has given me the amazing rate and the closing cost, which are best suited for me. During the process, I feel I was prioritized and given the best service which included the fast response, detailed/transparent instructions and lots of patience(explaining the docs/hearing my concerns/questions). This was not my first time doing the refinance, so I know Norma provided the truly great service.
This process was well communicated and all our option made very transparent. We followed and did everything on a very fast time line and very pleased with the outcome.
