This is the second time I have worked with Eric Hines. He notified me when the rates dropped. It was easy to get the information needed. They let me know how long it would take and saved me some on my mortgage costs.

My experience with Daniel Iskander was excellent. My lower score reflects the overall support behind working with Daniel where numerous issues with the website, numbers of redundant emails, and the assistants follow up creating a less than ideal process. In the end, everything worked out fine, but it could have gone much smoother.
