He communication was excellent. He kept us In the loop with the progress of our refi. His timing to lock the rate was excellent, Rate was less than what we anticipated. Very professional all around. Already recommended him to our friends and families.

I didn't think I was going to be able to refinance in the first place but Chayson was very reassuring and got me refinanced at a great interest rate. Overall the process worked pretty seamlessly and I never had to leave my house for anything related.
