At first there is no way for us to do the refinance of our home. We ask other financial officers and didn’t get the approval too. After asking Heather what we supposed to do, She helped us and instructed every steps we need to be done. With all the requirements we need to provide just to clear our underwriting, Heather is there to help us and update us always. Now we are finally done with our refinance.
