Paul's customer service is top-notch. He would answer calls or texts even after-hours. He will also make sure that you're taking the best route/strategy/decision. If it can't be done, he'll tell you upfront. He's very creative when it comes to making things happen. It's has always been a pleasure working with Paul and his team (twice).
Michael was extremely responsive, answered every one of my questions with clarity, and honored the originally promised closing cost fees even when the lender increased costs at the last minute.
