What made my experience great, was the fact that I felt Paul was on my side all the time! Even till the very end, when rates dropped a bit, he pointed out advantages and disadvantages of getting the lower rates, which help make my decisions better! Even though we never physically met, I felt like we have! Great guy, and fast responder!
