Nancy was super helpful in helping me get a loan. I was even in touch with her months before I bought my house because she was giving me advice on paying down my credit and letting my credit balances update. This caused my credit score to jump and led me to lock down a very good loan. All throughout the process, I'd see her emails coming in super late and I'd get calls whenever something notable happened so I know she works super hard to delivery prompt service. I highly recommend her
