Despite the fact that it took long to complete the loan with Loan Depot (approximately 2 months), Alex Gentile and Chantelle Pace were great at keeping me informed and updated and in providing guidance the entire way of the process. Alex was especially helpful in finding the right lender at the lowest rate and in explaining the necessary calculations and factors required to understand the loan, the loan process, and the market, thereby making the experience rewarding.
Jonathan was one of the answers to my prayers. A person that is willing to help me with my needs 100%, never discouraged to find the right company that will give me the relief from stress!
