Quick response and closing
I think providing more information on the documents to expect would have been very useful. At the signing, I had to run around to look for witnesses that I had not prepared. If I had been told that I will need to have a witness at signing, such information would have been useful for me to prepare instead of last minute scramble.

Im not an expert on mortgages, so I had a lot of questions; Patrick was patient, professional, and always quick to respond, and even provided suggestions proactively. Overall, no complaints; it was a great experience.
