Darryl was wonderful and made the process so easy he's very knowledgeable and friendly and I love working with him
Jonathan was very patient about explaining options at each step of the way, from the selection of the original mortgage to what options were available when we encountered unexpected obstacles in the subordination. He had a lot of patience for this deal and was very accessible to us the entire process, even though what we had hoped would be a couple of weeks turned out to be about 90 days.

The process went quickly at first but the last part dragged out a bit. Still, to be clear, the dragging out did not delay the process too much but the speed with which things progressed initially heightened my expectation that the process would have been concluded at least a week sooner. I would recommend this company as I am greatly pleased with the outcome.
