After having a bad experience with our first lender, we happened to have received a flyer in the mail from e-Mortgage for a second opinion. After speaking with Zach he gave us a lot of confidence in moving forward with the company and was able to work with us on what we needed. Both him and Nancy have the best customer service, and communication, in dealing with such a large purchase that we were very pleasantly surprised. They made the whole process so much simpler and easy. We are very happy!!
