I must admit, when I first heard that Nancy and the team at E MORTGAGE CAPITAL could close within a couple weeks, I couldn't believe it. Thank goodness I gave them a call. Other companies were telling me to expect 45 days or more for a refinance. Nancy was calm and patient; she came in and did exactly what she said she would do; I received my refinancing just as promised; they were ready within 14 days!!! I will definitely refer Nancy to anyone seeking a loan officer.
The team made the process so pleasant . They stood by me step by step, day by day until my loan closed. It was the best experience with any lender I have had. Julia and Erica make things get done and made sure I got submitted what I needed to. Stayed in contact everyday and was able to close very quick. Would recommend them highly.
