I just completed a refinance loan. When I first talked to Nancy Bayat's team, I was assured the process would be fast and could close well before 30 days. I was able to close in about 2 weeks once the initial application was approved! I worked with Craig and throughout the process he provided timely communications and answered all my questions and concerns. He and the Loan Processor, Erika, were available to take calls or respond via emails. I definitely would use EMortgage again in the future
