I worked with Kevin and Al. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. My husband and I could not have asked for a better team to assist us in obtaining a lower interest rate on our mortgage.
I liked the communication of being updated and the availability of being able to contact someone about any questions I had. My calls, emails and texts were usually addressed immediately or within 15 or 30 minutes at most, I was kept in the loop so I knew what was happening and that made it a very easy process on my end.
Kevin kept me up today every step of the way. He was very responsive via email or text. He explained the process thoroughly and was more willing to help than any other company that contacted me. I made the right decision in using him.
