Had a continued issued with one of our units and Joe showed as scheduled and put forth an extensive effort to resolve our issue. He was through and explained everything in layman’s terms and what I could do if the issue arose again that I may have a better understanding of how and why it happened. EAC Technician was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Very quickly found and repaired an electrical short found in one of the air handlers. As usual, I was very happy with the service.
