After meeting with three Carrier preferred service providers we chose EAC to replace our HVAC heat pump system when our system caught fire due to an electrical storm power surge causing all wiring to burn. EAC was able to secure the right system for us and schedule a date to complete the work. Due to covid and hot weather challenges, EAC quickly got us on the schedule and the technicians arrived well prepared and removed the old system and replaced with the new and we were up and running by late afternoon.
