Tech was punctual, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Difficult to know what he could have done better. EAC have now serviced our systems for the past four years and I have zero complaints.

Had a problem with our AC unit over labor day weekend. It was 90 degrees with high humidity outside and no cool air inside. Contacted EAC Labor Day morning expecting to get a service call on Tuesday or Wednesday. Their technician was at our house by 1:00 PM. Two hours earlier than expected. The problem was fixed within an hour. Excellent service with a smile. Thanks for the great service EAC.
