I took my car in for the 50k maintenance and they did a fantastic job of communicating and providing me with options when some of the fluids needed refreshing. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on services that were not needed and the price was fair. They also gave me a lift to a nearby coffee shop while they serviced my vehicle. I would recommend them without reservation.

I want to let anyone know who live in the area close to Eagle and need automotive work; Eagle Auto Repair is the place to take your vehicle. Nick has put together an excellent crew, stands behind his work 110% Pricing, you may find a little high but the work, their communication of all the issues before moving ahead with any repairs is the very best. Nice guys. Convenient location to downtown Eagle. We had to wait a week to get in so they are busy. After diagnosing the initial problem and fixing it, they then found a lot more wrong after the initial repair. Great communication and patience to explain and answer my questions but prices seemed way too high. After getting the most urgent work done, I drove my car across town for a second opinion from a trusted mechanic friend and was told at least one of the major recommended repair items was not needed. My husband and I have both taken our cars (Grand Cherokee & GMC 1500) to this shop since moving to Eagle. We like to support local businesses and it's a nice location. Everyone has been friendly and we feel like our cars have been well taken care of. Prices are a bit expensive but it's nice to feel like we're being taken care. So far no complaints w/ 2 services. we'll be back, for sure.

I was expecting to be hit with a super-expensive auto repair. I had called a few places, told them what was happening and consistently was told the repair would be around $1,300. I was panicking, but I couldn't let my vehicle go the winter (in Idaho!) without a functioning heater & therefore defroster.
