If all businesses ran their services like Eagle Auto Repair, the world would be a better place. My husband is a wheelchair user. His wheelchair becomes the drivers seat and he uses hand controls. That didn't stop them for a minute. They made the necessary adjustments to accommodate a "regular" driver and returned the car to his specialized accommodations without hesitation. They did a beautiful job on the body work that needed to be done. They did it cheerfully and in a timely manner. In fact, to accommodate the "seat... read more

I moved to Eagle recently and wanted to find a local place to fix a scrape and small dent on the front bumper of my car. It has specialty paint and I wanted to make sure it would come out perfect. I like to always give my local business a first try, so I took it to Nick at Eagle Auto repair to see if his shop could do it. He said Yes, I left it for the day, got it back, and it's 100% perfect bodywork, and the paint matches perfectly! Yay! Thank You Nick! and your team, you did great, and I'll be back.

They are nice enough people but very expensive and mark up parts a crazy amount I can buy the exact same part they sold me for $300 less. So either their parts supplier is ripping them or they are ripping their customers either way. We eat the high bill. Good learning experience for my boy was his car and I did everything they did and even removed and reinstalled the alternator in about 4 hours If I made what I paid them would be 179 a hour. And they never took off the alternator.

Driving home from Jump Creek and our 2007 Explorer began overheating. Upon inspection at home, the coolant reservoir was empty so I filled it up to realize the leak was from a coolant line. Looked up reviews, called Eagle auto and told them where the leak was and which hose needed replacing. Pushed the car with the help of AAA out to the street and had it towed in. Told the service rep the issue, and that the car hadn't been started to avoid coolant from spraying all over the motor. Got the call that the repairs were done b... read more

Stear clear of Eagle Auto Repair!!! They quoted me $13,000 for a repair that my dealership was able to do for $4,000. They were also super slow to diagnose and communicate with us. Really poor customer service.

The service was not what I would call customer friendly. The quality of the work was not what I'm used to with auto repair. I don't think I will be back.

Run! Profit, not integrity is their only mission. High prices, extremely insincere, definitely commission driven. All I hear from neighbors is horror stories and I can confirm them. I was even charged for work that was never done. I called them on it and was told to bring it back in to do the job they charged me for. Never a good feeling leaving there and that's just not right. I always left there feeling like a victim. Do your homework.

Eagle Auto Review 9/18/23 Beware! Eagle Auto charged $2287 vs RAM dealer quote of $1900 for replacing an e-torque alternator Facts My bad - I was quoted $2200 and agreed to pay $2200 for the service. I learned a valuable lesson to shop around. But, after researching the charge and discussing the bill with Eagle Auto, they keep the charge at $2287.71. Here is a breakdown of the charges: eTorque alternator: $1731.30 vs dealer quote of $1396. Available via web for $903. Labor: $342.61 (two hours of labor) vs dealer quo... read more

I was quoted $365.11 labor for the installation of 8 spark plugs and coil packs on my F-150. I told them I had done 5 of the plugs and coil packs but due to a bad back couldn't finish the back ones. When I picked up my truck the bill was $365.11. When I asked why the full price I was told "those 3 are the hard ones". $121.70 per plug! This is just dishonest and very unprofessional. I will never use this company again. I live in Eagle, not San Francisco. UPDATE: JOSH CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND THE LABOR CHARGE WAS SATISF... read more
