I WAS PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLERS-JUST WANTED THE LEAKS TO BE REPAIRED LEAKING ON SEAMS - THEY WILL NOT HELP WITH THE PROBLEM BECAUSE I PUT SOME FOAM INSULATION IN THE HOLES AT THE ENDS!! DON'T DO ANYTHING TO THE BUILDING SO YOU CAN TEST IT OUT WITH RAIN OR A HOSE BECAUSE THEY ONLY GIVE YOU A 90 DAY WARRANTY!!!! They said because I put some foam insulation in the all the end holes, I voided my 90 day warranty! These are full length metal sheets from peak to peak. To have never been treated so poorly like I have been by Eagle Car Ports. First getting it ordered was fairly a hassle. Their installers showed up a day early and demanded they install the cover, which I was not ready. They bullied my mother and tried pressuring her into allowing them to do the install. I forced them to leave due to the site not being ready. When they left, I was contacted the following day and told they would send new installers. The absolute WORST company to deal with. Scheduled for a carport to be installed with them a MONTH ago. They said it was confirmed to be installed one day, nobody showed. I called and was given the excuse that the workers truck was broken down. Schedule for the next day, was given the excuse they had one more customer ahead of me. Call back the next day the truck is still broke down. It’s been three weeks of the same bullshit excuses. I called to get my money back and cancel the order and they want to keep the deposit. Don't buy from them 1. The reason I bought this building is because of the wind rating of 140 MPH wrong choice. The installers installed a beat up roll up door and wouldn't pull down because of the screw they had ran through the cog and the latch wouldn't line up with the latch. 2. The man door was installed 8' away from were is was suppose to go and was installed with the inside of the door facing outside and now water runs into the building. 3. I bought a carport (3 car) from Eagle Carport. The installation crew is a JOKE - such a clown show. On day 2, I discovered my bedroom screen was sliced. The installation is within 3 feet of that window. The crew said "We didn't do it" Well who did?????? Magic.... Once they finally finished, I found beer bottles, trash, enough screws and metal to open a recycle plant. On 1/14/22 I contacted a representative of Eagle Carport for a carport installation. The representative had me to complete a contract and make a down payment in the amount of 399.60 which I did then I was advised someone would be contacting me to schedule the installation I advised that the only time I would be available would be a Friday which wasn't a problem until after the contract was executed afterwards I received calls from Eagle requesting to install on a days I wasn't available. We purchased an eagle product through a local dealer, which has since closed. When they came to install the building, they did not bring a generator even though they had been notified that there was no electricity on site. My husband had to drive them into town to buy a generator. As the building started to take shape, we realized that it was not the correct configuration.
