Really good and quick maintenance and replies. I stay on the quiet side so no complaints.
Pretty good place to live, only complaint is there is never any visitor parking but other than that I have had no issues.
Good place for my senior year. Glad I finally found a decent apartment in Hattiesburg. Pool was nice and the lawn area was nice. The only downside was that my microwave handle kept breaking. They finally replaced it.
Overall my stay at eagle flatts has been amazing this is my second year living here. The staff is really friendly and work so well with you, I honestly feel at home where i live. I don't live in the hattiesburg area i live two hours away so it great knowing I found my home away from home. I totally recommend it to anyone!
Renters be aware, not only is this residence the most expensive facility in the area their move in and out policy is HIGHLY one sided and ridiculous. BE AWARE!! These apartments are cleaned only by the previous renter. If there are any minor (regular wear and tear) spots (no holes no damage) on walls they charge you to repaint the entire apartment. It is a complete racket. We paid a pet fee and pet maintenance each month even though there was no pet damage they charged a "deep clean fee" one for $80 another for $40 even th... read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I am not someone who writes reviews ever. In fact this is my first review I've ever written but if I can save someone from the mistake I made in living here then I'm willing to help. You can get a MUCH nicer & bigger apartment somewhere else for half the price I promise. This place is horrible. When you call management they don't ever come and then when you move out they will charge you an insane amount for nothing. I've lived here for a couple years. First off, the price and location can barely be beat for college students. No complaints there. However, the security, visitor parking, and upkeep leave much to be desired. In terms of security, I've seen people straight up squeeze themselves through the bars of the fences. The fence and entrance gate are pretty much to give you the illusion of security and nothing else. The sidewalks are covered in decaying dog poop and I've seen multiple possums walking in the bushes outside my balcony. ... read more
