DO NOT MOVE HERE. I'm a current resident at Eagle Flatts and can NOT wait to move. There are so many things wrong at this place. First, the price of the bedrooms is continuously getting higher. The prices are not set. You might as well rent an actual apartment versus a room at EF. Second, I've had issues with my washer and dryer since I moved in. This is a predatory residence. Management rushes you to sign a confusing contract and hooks unsuspecting students in with goodies like gift cards. However, management is bad, maintenance is worse, and the fees are ridiculous. We paid almost $100 extra every month for utilities when we were given a large overage limit. Management got me to sign a contract for a new lease at one apartment, and when I transferred to another they did not tell me I was still held in the previous lease. Don't make the mistake of living here. While aesthetically pleasing and conveniently close to campus, the management is trash. The amount of money you're going to spend on ridiculous fees and to get your car back from towing (yes multiple of my friends and I have had our cars towed at our own apartment) is just not worth it. I regret choosing here to live & if I wasn't locked in a one year lease I would move.
The management team here is very unprofessional. Kayla at the front desk especially!!! Every time I call to ask a question she doesn't know anything!!!! I asked about Ethernet cables and if our apartment were to have them, she never heard of it before and didn't know how to help me. I hate calling and speaking to her because I know she doesn't know what's going on. I ask other employees the same question and I get an actual answer from them. Please train your employees better, she deserves better and so do we!!!!!!
Rent is outrageously high. While the office workers are all sweet, they make false promises and do not get things done like they say they will. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Don't do it! We moved my niece in today and the unit was supposed to be already cleaned. That was a joke at best. The cleaning team showed up did this did that on the surface "yeah ok" NOT ACCEPTABLE. Management finally showed face and even then their explanation isn't acceptable. I would NEVER lease with this apartment complex again. I stayed in Eagle Flatts two years. The first year was okay but the second year was HORRIBLE. Majority of the management staff is NOT good. The staff that was employed the first year I lived there (2016-2017) were better. The new manager JOSH needs to work on professionalism regarding making residents promises without fulfilling them. While the apartments are nice, the management is what makes the review as low as it is. They're slow to get anything done, taking about 2 days to do anything when my bedroom was flooded due to the apartment above me. While the problem was fixed and luckily none of my furniture was ruined, I was charged to run the dehumidifier that management ran in my apartment without any compensation due to the problem wasn't contributed to being my fault.
