I would give them zero stars if I could. I've been living here for roughly 6 months, and it seems to get worse with each month. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty. Not just dust. There was mildew in the crevices of the bath tub, and the floors were clearly not swept. Secondly, there was mold surrounding the air vents and in the corners of my linen closet. SCAM ALERT!!!! As others have noted on here before TAKE PICTURES! Take them before you move in, and take them as you are moving out! They tried to charge my son $900 in move out charges! They came inside the apartment before the move out date and took pictures claiming carpet damage 'needing to be replaced', deep cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, etc. $20 per bag of trash and claimed to need 10 bags of trash removed from the apartment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CRAPPY COMPLEX! They doubled the rent of the last month living here, charge ridiculous random fees (cleaning being the main one). There are always problems with the A/C (at least once a month, even twice sometimes). The bathroom water pressure completely sucks. Just please do not waste your time living here, they will find a way to make college students even more broke.
Alright! Let me be honest about this... I switched a few buildings since I moved here in September. I am currently living in building 10. It is disgusting!!! The entrance of the building has dog feces all over. The smell is horrible. The apartment itself is okay. There is noise here and there but not too bad. However, the building's condition is nasty. DON'T RENT from this DUMP....They will nail you with bogus charges while moving out and will not return your phone call or explain the charges. Kirsten "Manager" at Corporate will not return my calls.
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ‼ Please read the reviews and don't stay here‼ I moved to Eagle Flatts (student living) because I thought it would actually be cheaper and fun to be around fellow college students. However I was wrong, they are charging us college students more than an actually apartment. Before I moved in I was told that all utilities were included with the 1-bedroom. But it's not. 2020 resident here, I lived in this apartment complex for only 6/12 months I leased. I am not a picky person and try to be as forgiving to people as possible but unfortunately, this complex is MONEY HUNGRY. They rush you into a contract and they will tell you "Oh this is the last room left!" don't fall for it. They have implemented a lot of great things like taco Tuesdays which I loved! Nice apartment! been living here for two years. Never had a problem until my second year living here. Lease increases every year, maintenance sucks, i had mold in my closet for problem over a month and mold in laundry room and all they did was spray something over it and if that didn't work they just painted over it. I am over this place.
DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY are scammers that attempted to charge my daughter over $300 for move out charges. They claimed it was for excessive damage and cleaning needed. Also $90 for keys they claim she never turned in. If you have not already, take pictures before move in and at move out. They took pictures of dirt and mold in the corner of a window from and charged the girls for a excessive cleaning.
