We have always loved this vet but now they are like family. We had an emergency with our German shepherd, Bear friend. We were there almost daily trying to save her. Sadly she didn’t make it. This team worked so hard for us and for her. They cried with us when she passed and they sent us the sweetest words of condolences. We are a family of skin, fur, and scales. In my opinion, East Bend Animal Hospital has two of the best veterinarians practicing in Central Oregon - Dr. Dalton Webb and Dr. Jessica Puccetti. Over the years, our pets have seen many veterinarians in the area... these two never disappoint. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, straightforward, and most importantly, thorough. We should have just endured traveling to Bend all along to see Webb or Puccetti regarding ALL matters relating to our pets (we live in Redmond). East Bend Animal Hospital’s care is exceptional. When my Max the cat got sick, I got extra time with him. Then when it was time to say goodbye, they were honest and compassionate. Thank you for the care you gave my cat and myself.
I could not be any happier with east bend animal hospital. They saved my bearded dragon Lizzos life and took such wonderful care of her and did an amazing job at giving me ALL the details of what’s happening, going on, aftercare, etc., I truly can’t thank EBAH enough for everything they’ve done for me. Great vets office! I’m fairly certain one of my dogs was abused before we adopted her and as such she has trust issues with people she doesn’t know, especially with vets. But everyone goes out of their way to make sure she’s comfortable. They don’t push her if she shows resistance. They’re all so calm, patient and understanding. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Thurk are who we’ve primarily seen but we’ve also seen Dr. Jacoby too and all 3 are AWESOME!! So lucky we found such a good vet!
