I absolutely love the staff and Vet doctors at East Bend! They are the BEST! They make you feel like they are part of you and your pet's extended family. Their scope of knowledge far acceded any vet I've been to in over 4 decades in Bend.
The folks here are so nice. Firstly, the nurses and doctors make both you and your pet feel super comfortable from the moment you walk in the door, to the time you walk out with your healed pet. But even more important is the excellent care and skill they have at their practice. My old dog had to have 9 teeth (nine!) and a tumor removed from one of his legs. I took my African Grey in to see Dr. Thomas. Although it was under dire circumstances, he and his staff couldn't have been more gracious and friendly. A few days later, I returned and my bird passed away. The response from Dr. Thomas, Lisa and Lindsay was overwhelming. It was as if they lost their own. I can't say enough. Thank you all, and may God Bless you.
We had the best experience last week. We have a very sick bunny Carlee got us a same day appointment. The staff shows so much love and compassion they answered all my questions too. I highly recommend this vet office we won’t go to any other vet now. They are the best
Great people, got us in fast for my bogs broken front tooth. Surgery was done fast and my girl is recovering fast! Wonderful and friendly staff and doctors.
