You have killed 2 of my pets. You didn’t care. You sent us home with both pets on multiple occasions, no answers, no diagnosis, no treatment, lots of money handed over, and what do I have? 2 dead pets. You didn’t even give my cat any end of life comfort, and you definitely didn’t notice her tumors in her previous appointments just a few months prior. Both of my babies were brought in several times in concern for their health and your vets did NOTHING. All you offered my baby of 15 years was euthanasia. YOUR CLINIC IS NOTHING... read more

The care of my parrots have a been the best. The bar used to be very high. The front desk staff and vet techs are great! I was there on Thursday for my parrots beak to be trimmed. I was told the afternoon before that Dr. Thomas has left but Dr. Thurk has extensive experience. That was not the case. First, she sent in a front desk person to try and talk me out of my appointment and waiting until Dr. Thomas new practice opens in a few weeks. I asked again if the vet has experience with beak trims and I was told yes. Even th... read more

We have always had good experiences with East Bend Animal Hospital and trusted them with the care of our pets. We never questioned their higher pricing because we believed it reflected better care, judgment, and accountability. That ended today. After bringing Mabel home following her spay procedure, the cone provided by the clinic failed and broke into multiple sharp pieces simply from catching on the door jamb while walking in the door. This was not misuse — it was a clear product failure. When we contacted the clinic fo... read more

You just want to sell services. You give a quote and then say it’s only good that day and the price is going to go up. If I don’t schedule the appointment right then and there

Business response:

We honor our estimates for 30 days. It even is stated on the estimate you are given. Prices of supplies are going up all the time. That is out of our control so we have to adjust pricing accordingly.

The primary motive of investing in any business, is to make profit as i was told by Mrs.Meghan Haffey,an expert trader who advised me to invest the minimum of $1,000. Initially i was scared to take the risk until i gathered the courage to gave her a trial but to my greatest surprise, I keep on making profit of $13,400 within each 7 days of every trade, and the most interesting part of it , is the successful withdrawer of every profit to my personal bank account.Mrs. Meghan Haffey, thank you very much for your honesty,trusthw... read more

I have been at this veterinarian for almost 3 years. I have always been happy with my visits. I have had a dog neutered, a dog pass, and done my dogs vaccines and health visits. They have always been very friendly. In the last year I felt like Dr. Webb became a little more pushy with medication. I have a mini golden who has had two yeast infections in his ears. Dr Webb has my dog on a rinse and a cream and then wants a recheck. Totally fine. However both times he tried to then switch the medication on the second appointment... read more

Business response:

Our decision to terminate your relationship with our hospital was due to the way you spoke to the staff, threatened negative reviews, and threatened lawsuits during your pet's recent appointment. Our team works very hard and does not deserve to be treated unkindly or combatively. We have zero tolerance for this behavior. We truly wish you and your pets the best in the future. Sincerely, Becky (Practice Manager)
