A pathetic attempt to provide a simple half pepperoni pizza. Ordered one medium pizza to be picked up at 6:17pm and just picked it up at 7:20pm. East Coast pizza, you lost a customer and I won’t recommend you to anyone. I’m not sure how you continue to survive with horrible service and an extreme lack of delivery, even with a customer calling in a head of time and waiting outside of your establishment. P.s. there were plenty others outside your establishment feeling just as frustrated as me

Treated my family to a take out meal today. We ordered $36.00 worth of food and gave a $3.00 tip to an employee who walked the food from the restaurant to our car about 5 feet away. The employee never said thank you or even acknowledge the cash I handed him. The chicken parm must be pre-cooked frozen food that they reheat. I ordered a slice of Sicilian that was already cooked and in the display case after paying I sit down and they give me a number.. Literally 32 minutes go by I asked her if they forgot about me.... she said the ticket didn’t print so now to wait another 5 minutes to warm it in the pizza oven.. People that came in after me that ordered whole piesWere served way before I was 🤦🏼♂️

They had an issue with their credit card machine and blamed my credit card, making me call my credit card company twice for no reason. They finally went in the back to reset their system and then miraculously my card worked. How about that!!! I don’t feel that making the customer the blame is a good way to do business. There was no apology and they never took the blame. This whole ordeal took a half hour so of course my food was cold by then. And they made no offer to make me a new order. As far as the conversation you have had here on this thread, not sure where the rudeness started, but we were probably busy and under a bit of pressure so apologies if we did come across as such. I have been going to East Coast for years. I haven’t had this disappointing of an experience as we just had. First, after waiting 30 minutes for our food and seeing that everyone before and after us had received their food, we asked where is our food. Even though our receipt clearly showed it was an “eat-in” order, it was processed as a “to-go” order. So I order a medium pizza tomato onion spinach feta cheese xtra onion paid $27.57. Take a look hmmm I see what 1 onion. Pathetic. Will never go back.
