Tried to place a carry out order and the girl didn't want to customize what we wanted, and stated that I needed to talk to a manager, even though when we've gone there they do customize for us. So she put me on hold and I waited approximately a minute and we just decided that it wasn't worth the fight. Order for the 3rd time online to pick up and is the 3rd time I pay for fries and they are old fries, why I know, because as soon as they got cold they tastes like reheated and old fries. Sandwich was OK, pizza was a little burn in the crust but can't ask for it to be perfect in any place. I just wish I can pay for decent French fries on of this days. Oh if you are not going to pay employees to deliver your food, at least let a company do it for you.

We always come to east coast we're from Fishhawk and don't mind the ride, but last night they were off, the cashier had a major attitude when we asked for a slice off Sicilian, service was off, baked ziti was really dry, but we will continue going for the pizza.

Seven of us met for dinner tonight... One got his dinner (chicken wings), about 10 minutes later, we told him to go ahead and eat, shortly after that, two of us got our dinners, the three of us were already done eating when the other four finally got their pizza. Yet another bad experience at East Coast Pizza. Their coupons don't state rules they make up in the store, Their lunch specials are never available for more than 30 min to an hour on any given day as they run out fast and don't make more which makes no sense. Just one false advertisement after another. To be more specific: We've had one too many bad experiences with them over the last couple years. Your online ordering system should tell you the estimated pickup time BEFORE placing an order. 75 mins for a stromboli that was rather small is unacceptable.

We are going to look to see if it's possible to tell a wait time prior to a customer's order but as of right now it's just after the order has been placed.
went there Thursday 12-15 complained about our pizza raw onions and peppers which I paid extra for and all falling off the pie I complained to the manager but they could care less it was never like that it should be in the pie it tasted like they were thrown on as an after thought I AM DONE luckily I found an even better place MELLOW MUSHROOM no customer service shame on you Arron
